The Plaza Ballroom can accommodate up to 285 people and is divisible into 3 sections, along with 4 stand alone meeting rooms. Meetings Options Promotion
Starting November 1, 2010 when meeting planners book a meeting by June 30, 2011 and conduct it between January 1, 2011 and December 30, 2011 at the Holiday Inn Country Club Plaza they can choose from one of three options to enhance the meeting. The options include: 25,000 bonus PCMR points, 1 complimentary guest room for every 25 actualized (10 maximum) and a Food and Beverage Break (AM/PM) Credit (up to $10 maximum for each room actualized).

Qualified Meeting: 10 rooms on peak night with minimum $500 F&B/meeting . Cannot be combined with other offers. Cannot be in conjunction with Citywide convention. Third Party Planners will also be awarded matching bonus points Offer must be requested at time of initial booking process and contracting.  Subject to availability and black out dates.
